Dr Bahman Mansourzadeh has practised skin cancer diagnosis and management (including surgical and non-surgical skin cancer treatments) in his daily work for more than a decade. He completed his medical degrees in 2004 and went on to gain his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and various postgraduate qualifications in skin cancer and related fields. He worked in Townsville for six years (where skin cancer is very prevalent) and then on the Gold Coast and in Perth.
Dr Mansourzadeh is actively involved in the ongoing clinical teaching and tutoring of other doctors and GP Registrars. He enjoys both early diagnosis of skin cancers and treatment planning, and strives to save lives by using his knowledge and surgical skills in skin cancer management. He also enjoys patient education to reduce the risk of skin cancer and to help patients self-monitor for new and changing lesions.
