FRACGP, MBBS, BSc, Adv Cert Skin Cancer Surgery, FARGP Surgery
Dr Matthew Piche has a strong background in surgery (including skin cancer surgery) over the past 11 years. He has provided skin cancer detection and treatment in Adelaide, Hobart, Darwin, and Gove since 2013 and holds a portfolio of advanced certifications in the field. In addition to the surgical management of skin cancer, Dr Piche provides comprehensive skin checks and non-surgical treatment options for his patients.
Having worked in remote Australia where access to skin cancer treatments is limited despite its high incidence, Dr Piche is passionate about providing high-quality, prompt, and personalised treatment. He is mindful of the impact of skin cancer on people's lives, including the anxieties of being diagnosed with cancer, undergoing surgery, and long-term follow-up, and thus strives to provide his patients with access to treatment that is understandable, comfortable, and comprehensive.
